the means to last the day

in coffee or green tea

should last the afternoon

until they set you free

the rain gives you water

the moon gives you light

all one needs is someone else 

to wish you a good night

in times like these are those 

who are paid to deliver

kept in shelter of a home

to keep you free of shiver
