coagulates

just put it all off for each spring

and carefree needful new things

crunches are better than curls

you’ve all of the time in the world

when all you need is love

coming up short counting fun

all of the love someone needs

soon will remind

someone’s run out of lost time

with prideful neglect

someone’s got to protect

the blenders got heart room to shove

all the world loves a clown

all of the worlds is on stage

switching roles

who insist on complete control

when the circus leaves 

its sewn up the last heart sleeve

for it knows when to run out

there’s no one left to complain about

mercy’s a four letter word

silence will cure the absurd

no one will notice whose gone

help only makes pain move on

now endless hours turn years

forgot how to make candy tears

the heart you circumcise

feeds the deaf and the wise

no one eats all of that skin

there’s no crime but it’s still a sin

a sentence I’m measured to fit
