his castle is parked outside … a chauffeur with direction and pride … will do no harm anymore … swings hinges each time he opens a door
grew up in the east side of the west … taught me how to show up looking my best … remembers gramma when she made all the food … speaks of what it was like growing up in the hood
been in fights and boxing matches … helped grampa carry out an old mattress … come sit by the bbq … speak of songs that still ring true
tootie’s bilingual speaking of both … knows long words require human growth … and now once again time to sleep … running water that’s never too deep
cousin arthur never served nights at round tables …
